South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, as the head of the host country, attended the opening ceremony of the exhibition and delivered a keynote speech. SkyEagle’s self-developed products at this exhibition include: human parachute system, drone parachute system, material airdrop system, etc. The booth is located at No. 3W5, Hall 3. The purpose of this exhibition is to bring advanced products to the African region. Low-altitude safety solutions demonstrate our technical strength in the field of low-altitude safety and promote the development of the local aviation industry.
Africa Aerospace and Defense Expo (AAD) is Africa’s only aerospace and defense expo that combines a trade show and an air show. The defense exhibition is hosted by the South African government and is held every two years. It is the largest aerospace defense exhibition on the African continent. The South African International Defense Exhibition combines the latest land, sea and air defense technology, ship tours, equipment demonstrations, strategy and project overviews. The main exhibits include aviation, weapon systems, security equipment and peripheral products.
The African Aerospace and Defense Expo (AAD) began in 1992 and is jointly organized by the South African Air Force, the South African Business Federation, Armskor Arms Company and the “Federation of Land, Sea and Air Technology Equipment Production”. It is a window that focuses on displaying advanced aviation products and related defense technologies. The exhibits include military equipment, police equipment and civil aviation equipment, as well as humanitarian relief and disaster management, freight and freight forwarding services, etc.
This exhibition is grand in scale, with an exhibition area of 46,000 square meters, attracting 441 exhibitors from 30 countries and nearly 30,000 professional visitors from 86 countries.
